YouSnaps provides a platform for users to upload, store, and share photos and videos ("Content"). The Service allows users to generate shareable links to their uploaded Content without requiring account registration.

Infringes intellectual property rights - Content you do not own or have permission to share
Contains personal or private information - Including doxxing, revenge porn, or non-consensual intimate images
Is fraudulent or deceptive - Including scams, phishing, or impersonation
Contains malware or harmful code

5. Content Ownership and License

Your Content: You retain ownership of any Content you upload to YouSnaps. However, by uploading Content, you grant YouSnaps a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

Representations: By uploading Content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and share such Content, and that your Content does not violate any third party's rights.

6. Content Moderation

YouSnaps employs automated systems and human review to detect and remove prohibited Content. We reserve the right to:

Remove or disable access to any Content that violates these Terms
Suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms
Report illegal Content to law enforcement authorities
Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
Preserve Content as required by law or legal process

7. DMCA and Copyright Policy

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. YOUSNAPS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOUSNAPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

11. Data Retention and Deletion

Content uploaded to YouSnaps may be retained for a limited period. We reserve the right to delete Content that:

Has not been accessed for an extended period
Violates our Terms or Content Policy
Is subject to a valid legal request

We are not responsible for the deletion or failure to store any Content.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
